I am Happiness.  Few are those of you who truly understand me.

          I am Happiness.  Most think that I am something that comes when you have what you "need"--the proper people around you, the right job, the perfect car, and all the best material things.

          I am Happiness.  I am not bought and sold.  I do not arrive one day and wait upon your doorstep.  I do not come from without.

          I am Happiness.  I am within you at this very moment.  I have been there since way before your birth.  I am one thing that you can take with you when you leave your life upon this earth.

          I am Happiness.  I am acceptance.  I am recognition.  I am the knowing of what you are.

          I am Happiness.  I am within you always.  I do not care if you chose a path of riches or of squalor.  I do not care if you are healthy or in pain.  I do not care what your purpose was in choosing to enflesh.

          I am Happiness.  I transcend all fleshy boundaries.  I dwell within you now regardless of your circumstances.  I am the gift you give yourself when you remember who you are.

          I am Happiness.  Be still, my child, and let me flow into you.  Be innocent, my child, and let me recapture that time for you.  Be open, my child, and let me fill you with the Love that is your own.
